Last night I felt really tired, but when I got to bed it took me a few minutes to fall asleep. I slept through the night and struggled to get up with the alarm this morning.

I had a dream, but I don't remember enough details to record it.

Today we went to a Sikh wedding in Hounslow (which is a dump by the way) and left the wedding before 1:00pm. It took us 2.5 hours to get back as we were stuck in traffic for the first part of it.

When we got in we were knackered and both went for a nap. I set an alarm so that I wouldn't sleep all day and mess up my sleep pattern, and I woke up just under an hour later. Yu Lee wasn't there any more, so although I felt like I'd only dozed off for a few minutes I realised I must have slept properly.

When I went downstairs, Yu Lee told me my snoring had woken her up 20 minutes before I got up and she came downstairs.

Last night we were at Mum's, but we went to bed at the usual time. I slept well, waking at about 3:30am for some water, then again just after 5:00am, and finally to the alarm at 6:45am. I reset my alarm for 7:00am as I was tired by this point and got another 15 minutes of sleep.

Today we were heading off to Mum's for the night, so I made myself go for a nap before I was really ready. I set an alarm for just after 2:00pm, and the alarm being set along with the fact that I knew I'd have to get up and go, made it difficult to fall asleep. I slept lightly but woke up from a dream.

Last night I was really tired, so I went up to bed before Yu Lee. I hadn't fallen asleep yet when she came in and disturbed me, and then I was awake for a few minutes while she was getting into bed, but soon after that I fell asleep.

I woke up to the alarm at 7:15am. I could remember my dream at the time, but now I've forgotten it.

Last night I went to bed later than usual due to my epic nap. It still took me a little while to fall asleep though.

I woke up from a dream at about 3:00am and went to the bathroom and got another glass of water. This time I fell asleep quickly and slept through until the alarm at 7:15am. Once again it took me ages to wake up, and I actually got up, reset the alarm for 7:30am and went to sleep again.

I feel like I could have slept all day...

This nap was a little bit longer than intended. I woke up after an hour, but I still felt tired and went back to sleep. Then I woke up again after a total of 2.5 hours and dozed for another 30 minutes or so.

It was great to sleep this long, but a little unnecessary.

Today was the first day in a long time that I was still fast asleep when the alarm went off. It was horrible being woken up by the alarm, and took me ages to properly wake up.

Today, just as I was about to go for my nap, Yu Lee texted me and said she was coming home, so I decided to wait to say hello to her before going to bed. When she got in I headed off to bed, but after 5 minutes I realised that I couldn't sleep because I wanted to see her.

I went downstairs and in the end I fell asleep on the sofa with my head resting on her lap. I was only asleep for about half an hour but it was a lovely place to sleep!

I don't remember much of last night's sleep. All I remember is that I woke up about 5 minutes before the alarm and then waited for it to go off.

Today I felt sleepy around midday, so I went for my nap early, but when I got there I realised I wasn't so much sleepy, but more bored of the mind numbing task I'd been working on in the morning. After a short while I got up and went back down stairs.

When I returned to bed I fell asleep quickly, and had a nice, short nap.

Last night I don't remember waking at all. I opened my eyes just after 7:00am and took a few minutes to properly wake up.

I felt a bit sleepy and went for a nap, but I wasn't hugely tired. I laid there for a while, and then slept lightly for about 45 minutes before getting up. It was nice even though I didn't sleep deeply.

After my nap yesterday, we played some games and had dinner, and then Yu Lee started to get worried that her arm was broken again. In the end we went to Addenbrooke's hospital but it ended up being nothing.

I felt tired after sitting around in the hospital, doing nothing, but when we went to bed it took me a while to fall asleep. It was nice though so I didn't mind laying there.

This morning I think I woke up around 4:00am, but it was obviously too early so I went back to sleep. I woke up again at 6:00am and intended to get up, but the next thing I knew it was 7:20am and I'd slept for quite a long time.
