Today for my nap, it took me quite a while to fall asleep and I nearly gave up. I have a lot on with my freelancing work at the moment and it is constantly in my mind.

When I did fall asleep, I slept deeply and didn't want to get up!

Last night I went for sushi with Yu Lee and then came back and did more freelancing work. I was working until gone 11pm.

I slept like a rock and felt a little sleepy this morning.

Last night I was pretty tire by bed time and fell asleep quickly. I didn't wake in the night at all and I feel like I could have slept longer.

I did some freelance work in the morning, and then Yu Lee came down stairs. I came over pretty sleepy and decided to lay down on the sofa for a while.

I fell asleep after laying there for a while but it was a pretty broken sleep. I remember waking up at the end from a dream about having some new pet rats.

Last night I fell asleep quickly, and this morning I had some weird dreams.

I woke up naturally after my first dream at 4:30am but went back to sleep, and then when my alarm went off I was dreaming that a competitor to one of my freelance clients had just been floated on the stock exchange!

I could have easily slept longer this morning...

Last night I fell asleep quickly, and slept through until 4:30am this morning when I woke up naturally. After a couple of minutes I went back to sleep and then woke from a dream to my alarm at 5:00am.

I fell asleep quickly for my nap again, and woke up after about an hour. To be honest I wasn't sure if I'd even been asleep until I looked at the clock.

I fell asleep again and was dreaming when the alarm went off. I remembered it vividly at the time but now I don't even remember a single detail.

I remember dreaming, and hearing the alarm start to go off, and fading out of the dream. I slowly became aware that I was laying on my back which is unusual. Then I laid in bed for 10 minutes with the alarm going off.

Last night I felt tired and went to bed about 11:30pm, and laid in bed for about half an hour. I felt thirsty and I'd finished my water so I went downstairs and got another big glass of water.

When I got back to bed I fell asleep quickly and slept through until my alarm this morning which woke me from a dream.

Today I felt pretty sleepy at nap time and I decided to give myself a bit longer. I fell asleep quickly and slept for just over 2 hours before getting up.

I woke up after just over and hour and it took my a few minutes to go back to sleep. When the alarm went off I was in a deep sleep and didn't want to get up.
