When I woke up I was having a very strange but very vivid dream. It had a lot of themes mixed up in it: staying with my mum and my brother, my brother buying a new house and having lots of problems with it, it getting late in the year and winter drawing near.

The last thing that happened is that we all went out for breakfast, and everyone's meals started turning up. I hadn't even ordered my food yet, and it turned out that you had to order at the till but I thought it was table service. Mum offered to give me hers but I said I wasn't hungry and didn't want anything anyway.

The breakfast that came was also pretty weird, it somehow seemed like a cross between a normal English breakfast, and sausage and bean casserole and a Cornish pasty!

When my alarm went off and I woke up I was very groggy, so maybe this was a non-rem (deep sleep) dream?

This was a very vivid dream. I dreamt that there were several of us playing a game where you all draw rectangles on a sheet of gridded paper, filling in sections of the grid with different colours, and then when all of the squares on the grid are filled in you look at it and somehow you've all drawn a picture! It was incredible and I didn't understand it at the time, but that's because it doesn't make any sense at all!

The next thing that happened was that Yu Lee decided she wanted to test out the steam cleaner attachment underneath the cooker. There was a stainless steel drawer under the oven, and when she opened it what looked like a long vacuum cleaner hose with the brush attachment was inside.

When she turned it on, all of the steam started to fill the house. I went around the house opening up all of the external doors (in this dream the layout of the house was totally different: it was detached with patio doors along each of the longer sides and a garden all around). I pointed fans blowing out of the house in one direction, and into the house on the other side, in the hope that it would create a breeze through the house and blow the steam out. On my way round the house I realised we'd had an electric radiator plugged in for god knows how long in a room we don't use very much. I remember thinking that it explained the electricity bill being so big and it being hot all of the time.

It was all a bit weird!

I was dreaming about working at WorldPay, and we were in some kind of temporary building, like a cross between an office block and a porter cabin. There was a weird mould problem, with mould growing on the walls and the head of department was worried it was going to spread.

He called the people in charge of the building and they were going to come down, but he said it was a waste of time because they were near Oxford, and after driving all this way wouldn't be able to do anything anyway.

I was trying to find a video on YouTube about a roller coaster, but ended up watching videos about people that put wheels on a picnic table and rode it down a steep hill.

I dreamt about going to stay overnight with Estefanía, one of my (female) Spanish friends. In my dream Yu Lee was not happy about this!

I dreamt of visiting my dad, and he had this weird 2 wheeled electric vehicle. He let me borrow it and I drove it up into the mountains, but then I crashed it and broke it.

I dreamt that I still worked at World Pay, and one of the Business analysts who had left the company had come back.

I bumped into him on my way out of the toilets and asked if he had some better projects now than when he'd left (he was complaining before he left in real life that all of his projects were shit). He told me he did, otherwise he wouldn't have come back. I asked him if he was happy and he said no.

I had a dream about going back to WorldPay to pick something up, and having to wait in reception for Carlos to come and get me.

This morning I was dreaming about playing computer games. Me and my brother had a game that we'd played the demo of so many times that we knew every secret, and we'd just bought the full version. The full version didn't have the demo level in and was much more difficult.

Yu Lee asked if she could have a go and she was completely useless at it. I showed her that she could change the camera mode to see if that helped, but I didn't think it would as the other camera mode was useless. Then, all of a sudden, with the camera set to a mode where you couldn't even see what you were doing, she started to do really well and dived off the edge of a platform into a giant '8 ball' that we hadn't seen, which took her to a secret level with lots of cool stuff.

In my dream, I was cheating on Yu Lee with a really fat, ugly girl. I kept telling Yu Lee that I was busy and sneaking off to see her, and promising Yu Lee that I would spend more time with her soon.
