Again I set the alarm for my nap and wanted longer. I was dreaming when I woke up and I felt groggy again.

Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept solidly through the night. I got up to my alarm as usual and felt slightly tired.

Today I set an alarm for my nap and left it on the bookcase so I'd have to get up and turn it off. I was in a very deep sleep when the alarm went off and I laid in bed and listened to it for a while.

I fell asleep quickly and I think I woke up around 4:30am. I thought I didn't go back to sleep, but in the end it turned out I was dreaming. The fact that I started smoking a pipe gave it away!

I woke up again at 5:00am when the alarm went off.

Last night I went to bed a little bit later as I don't seem to be needing as much sleep at the moment.

After what seemed like a couple of minutes of laying in bed, I came over really thirsty and decided to get up and get a drink of water. I looked at the clock and it was 1:15am, so I'd actually been in bed for 45 minutes. I concluded that I must have dozed off and woken up again as the time went so quickly, so I didn't restart my sleep on this chart.

After I fell asleep for the second time I slept right through the night. I was in a deep sleep this morning and it took me a few moments to realise that the alarm was going off and I needed to get up.

Today for my nap I set an alarm one the other side of the room so that I would actually stand a chance of getting up.

I fell asleep relatively quickly, but I don't feel like I slept particularly deeply. I remember being awake 10 minutes before the alarm but then I let myself doze and I was at least half asleep when the alarm went off.

The alarm was a success and I got up straight away.

Last night I went to bed a little later, but I still went before I was properly tired, mainly because Yu Lee was trying to wait up for me.

It took me about 45 minutes to fall asleep, and I was on the verge of getting up a few times.

At 3:00am I woke up after having a strange dream. I got back to sleep in about 10 minutes and slept through until my alarm.

Today I set my alarm for 1.5 hours (2:05pm) and fell asleep pretty quickly. I woke up to my alarm, switched it off, thought "I'd better get up" and then fell straight back to sleep.

I woke up around 3:20pm and lay in bed for at least 15 minutes until the phone rang. I talked to one of my clients for a while and actually got out of bed at 4:00pm.

Today I felt a little bit sleepy from my lack of sleep last night, and when nap time came around I fell asleep very quickly.

I woke up naturally at 2:00pm (after about 1.5 hours), but my alarm was set for 20 past so I let myself go back to sleep. When my alarm did finally go off I set it again for 3:00pm, and then after it went off the second time I laid in bed for 20 minutes and might have dozed off again.

That was a great nap!

Last night I felt pretty tired all evening, but when I went to bed I had lots of thoughts running around inside my head and found it hard to sleep. After about 20 minutes I decided to get up and go on the computer for a while, and returned to bed about an hour later.

When I returned it still took me another 20 minutes to fall asleep. Once I was asleep I slept solidly until the alarm, and then I felt like I could have slept a lot longer!

I was quite tired for my nap today, and fell asleep quickly. I set my alarm for 2:20pm, but I was awoken by the doorbell 20 minutes before the end of my nap. It's a shame because I was in a lovely deep sleep!

Last night it took me a while to get to sleep. It wasn't frustrating at all and I wasn't bored, but I did glass at the clock periodically so I'm sure I was awake for most of the first hour and a half. I might have dozed off a few times though.

After I got to sleep I slept through the rest of the night until my alarm went off this morning.
