This morning I prepared a beef pie filling, and told Yu Lee to put it in the oven about an hour into my nap.

It took me a little while to fall asleep, probably about 15 - 20 minutes, but once I was asleep I slept well. I woke up to my alarm just before 4:00pm and when I came downstairs I could smell my beef pie cooking.

This was a nice nap.
