Last night I was pretty tired and fell asleep quickly. I vaguely remember waking up this morning and thinking that I would never be able to fall back to sleep, even if I wanted to, as my bladder was full to bursting!

The next thing I remember is waking up again and (fortunately) my bladder was still full, and this time it was 7:00am.

I fell asleep for about 10 minutes, but then a police car got stuck in the lunch time traffic, right outside my window, and the siren woke me up.

Last night I fell asleep quickly, and woke up at about 2:00am. I dozed off and woke up again at 2:15am, then 4:00am, then 5:00am. At that point I was about to get up when Yu Lee rolled over and cuddled up to me, and it's very hard to get up when you have a Yu Lee sleeping on you! I fell asleep for another 10 minutes or so before gently rolling her off of me and getting up.

I feel like I've had a lot of sleep.

I had a beer and some lunch in the garden, and then I felt pretty tired so I decided to sleep upstairs in my bed. I fell asleep relatively quickly and slept for a long time, drifting in and out a few times towards the end.

This was a very nice nap!

Last night it took me a while to fall asleep, but I enjoyed being in my bed. This morning I woke up around 5:30am and then dozed until just after 6:00am. When I got up I had a splitting headache.

I was going to sleep in the back room, but Yu Lee had left a pile of clothes on the sofa, so I decided to sleep in my bed.

I got undressed and into my bed, and set an alarm for 2:40pm, so that I would have enough time for a cup of tea before my piano lesson at 3:00pm. I woke up 20 minutes early from a dream, and managed a quick shower before my lesson.

Last night I fell asleep quickly, and slept through until about 4:15am. Then I woke up again at 4:45am, and finally at 5:25am. I laid in bed for 5 minutes after stopping the timer.

Today me and Yu Lee spent the morning moving 2 tonnes of topsoil from the driveway into the back garden, and trying to level out our lawn. It was pretty tiring and I was surprised when Yu Lee asked to come with me at nap time.

It was a weird nap: I don't remember falling asleep or waking up, but I looked at the clock and an hour had passed and I no longer felt sleepy.

Last night I fell asleep quickly, and slept through until about 5:15am this morning. Then I dozed for 25 minutes before getting up.

I don't know why I keep dozing for so long in the mornings because it seems like a waste of time. I'm pretty sure I'd had enough sleep already, and I'm not sure that the extra 20 minutes is really of any benefit to me.

I felt sleepy and went for a nap in my bedroom, but when I got to bed I wasn't sure that I would sleep. After a little while I dropped off into a nice but light nap.

I must have been tired last night because I slept through until 6:00am without waking once!

I woke up from a dream, but I don't remember it now.

As I hadn't actually fallen asleep this time, I didn't lose my tiredness like before. I laid on the sofa for a while before falling asleep, and then I slept lightly, but I was properly asleep because I dreamt.

Today I thought I'd go to nap early as I was feeling a little sleepy and the builders are due to come back in the early afternoon. Just as I was getting comfortable there was a knock at the door again, just like yesterday!

I got up and went to the door and it was the postman, and he gave me some packages. One of them was from the USA and I'd just ordered an ocarina from there, so I got excited, but then was disappointed to find Yu Lee's stupid hair flowers inside.

Last night I fell asleep quickly, and slept through until 4:00am. Then I dozed for over an hour before getting up.

I was due to meet my friend at 5:30pm, so I set an alarm for 4:30pm and went to sleep in my bed. I woke up at 5:15pm and the alarm hadn't gone off because I'd set it but not turned it on!

I had a mad rush to get there on time but I just about made it!

After the patio guys finished and left, I tried to go back to sleep but I'd woken up by now. After 25 minutes I gave up.

I was feeling pretty sleepy so I went for a nap in the back room, and I was just drifting off when the patio guys knocked on the door and woke me up.

I fell asleep quickly and woke up at exactly 4:00am. I went back to sleep again and woke up again at 4:55am, and then dozed for 10 minutes or so before getting up.

I definitely had a couple of dreams, but I can't quite remember them.

I ended up having a few beers at lunchtime today, and fell asleep around 1:30pm in the back room. I had a pretty good sleep, and definitely had a dream, although I don't remember it now.
