I have no idea why, but for some reason I need to extract the absorbent material from inside of some nappies to mop something up. In reality this material is probably some kind of gel, but in my dream it was "nappy powder".

We didn't have any fresh nappies, so my only option was to go through the used nappies to get the material. I cut open a bag of used nappies from the bin and emptied it on the floor, and started sorting through it. I had to cut each nappy open to remove the powder.

The smell was disgusting and I was retching as I was doing it.

In the first part of this dream, I was with Yu Lee but we weren't a couple yet. We were planning a holiday to Mexico and it was really complicated due to the recent hurricane. I don't remember much about this part of the dream, but do remember feeling that I really liked her and was enjoying spending time with her.

The next scene I remember I was cycling back home from somewhere and it was late at night. I went to put my lights on my bike but I realised I didn't have any.

I was really scared because I was cycling down a windy main road with no pavement, and with tall hedges on either side of the road, so it was very difficult to see or be seen without lights.

At one point I arrived at a bed and breakfast, and there was a woman sitting in the front room. I knocked on the window and she opened it, and I asked her if she had any lights or a torch that I could borrow but she said she couldn't help me.

At some point later a police car stopped me and I thought I was going to be arrested. I was kind of relieved because if they arrested me, then I wouldn't have to cycle back home in the dark.

I don't really remember much about this dream at all, but I wanted to note it down as my son was in it again.

All I remember is talking to Ai Seng and saying that I couldn't do something because I had the baby with me.

This is the first dream I ever remember having with my son Link in it.

Link is downstairs crying, and Yu Lee asks me to go downstairs and see what's wrong with him. When I get there, Link's a lot bigger than in real life.

I ask him what's wrong and he says "I hurt my thumb and my leg." I look at his hand and all of the skin appears to have been sliced off the tip of his thumb.

It's weird that he was so much older in my dream.

I dreamt I was in a clothes shop, looking at jumpers. I was talking to someone and I made a gesture with my arms, and as I did so my elbow knocked into someone else. He turned around and was really angry, but the first person he saw was an old man who he assumed had bumped into him instead of me. Him and the man started to argue and I walked away.

I talked to another customer in the shop about what had happened and they said I shouldn't have walked away. We looked around and the guy who I'd elbowed and the old man had both gone. I got a group of another 4 customers, and somehow convinced them that we had to go looking for them, and that if the man had laid his hands on the old man we would beat him up.

We asked some other customers where the man had gone, and they said that he had beaten up and old guy and pointed us in his direction. When we caught up with him the old guy was nowhere to be seen.

The group of men I had with me seemed reluctant to start fighting this guy as he was quite big, so I had to instigate it. I hit him as hard as I could, but I don't think it hurt him very much. He drew his hand back to punch me, but before he could the biggest guy in our group hit him hard. I remember thinking how much more powerful this guy's blows were than mine.

The first part of the dream that I remember was being a supermarket. It was one of those dreams that didn't feel real, like I was playing a computer game, even though I was physically acting out the dream.

There was a man in the supermarket that I was chasing around, and every so often he would stop and say "mochila" which for some reason was very offensive in my dream (but in real life it's the Spanish word for "backpack"). I had some kind of gun in my hand and every time he stopped I would shoot him in the head, then he would run off and I would chase him again.

After a while, a lady in the show said that she was fed up of hearing his "cursing" and that we had to stop him. Someone grabbed him and spun him round on the spot a couple of times. At this point the dream lost its make-believe feeling and started to feel very real.

The man became dizzy from being spun round (even though they only spun him twice) and fell down on the ground. He hit the ground hard with a loud thud as the side of his head made contact with the tiles. He was very still for a couple of seconds and someone ran over to him and lifted his head up off of the floor. As they lifted him, I could see a lot of blood all over the floor (although it looked kind of thin and watered down, as though it was mixed with a clear fluid), and the man opened his eyes and said "I can't hear anything in my right ear. I think my ear drum has been punctured."

This is the last thing I remember before waking up.

Me and Yu Lee were with Bob and Steph and were going our for Indian food. We left our house and went into a restaurant called the Maharajah, which was only a couple of metres from my house. We sat down and looked at the menu, but decided that we didn't like it and immediately left.

Next we walked a bit further to another Indian restaurant and again got a table.

We decided that we would only stay for starters in this restaurant, and then would head into town and find another restaurant for main course. We ordered some starters, and in this particular restaurant they always give a free salad along with the starters.

We ate our starters and our salads and all had a drink, and when the waiting staff came to take our order for main course we told them that we were still eating. We hung out for a bit and then decided it was time to leave, but by this time the staff seemed to have forgotten us.

After a while, the others became impatient and started to loudly say things like "They obviously don't care, maybe we should just walk out without paying." The staff obviously heard this because soon after a waiter came over with the bill.

I offered to pay the bill and the others headed outside. The bill was for £11.00 (pretty cheap!) and I took out my wallet and rummaged around for some money. I handed over some money, but then I realised that I had given him some Euro notes, so I took them back and found a £5 note in my wallet. I fished around for some change and handed it over.

I was talking to the waiter the whole time, and he thought it was weird that we'd only had starters, and that maybe we'd left because we were annoyed about the service. I told him that this wasn't the case, and that we'd planned to have starters here and then head into town for the rest. I also told him I understood how we were taking a long time, and how it's easy to forget about a table when they keep telling you to come back later.

The waiter took the money off of me and said "thank you." I then gave him another pound coin and said "As we're not staying for a full meal, this is for the salad."

When I got outside of the restaurant, the others had already walked off. I was annoyed that they were so impatient, and headed towards town as I assumed this was the direction they would have walked in.

I don't remember much of my dream, but I think the theme was "transport". More specifically I remember something about trains, but it's really hazy.

The part of my dream that I remember was the end, just before I woke up. I went into a public toilet and it was really busy with people everywhere. Just as I'd finished and was washing my hands, Faraz from my school walked in.

I continued washing my hands and then I saw him heading back out of the toilets, and then he started to retch as if he was going to be sick. He was standing right next to a basin, but he was trying hard not to throw up, putting his hands in front of his mouth and facing away from the basin into the crowded bathroom. By now it looked like he was actually going to be sick all over the floor so I yelled at him "In the sink!" and he turned towards the sink. I didn't want to be there when it happened so I quickly headed for the door, and although I didn't see anything I heard him throw up, and it sounded like he filled the sink!

When I was outside I was a little bit disorientated, and it took me a while to find where I was going. I started walking off, but then I realised it was the wrong direction so I turned around and walked back past the bathroom. At this moment Faraz emerged from the bathroom and started trying to talk to me. He had a big grin on his face and was joking about what had happened.

At this point all I was thinking about was that I didn't want whatever horrible disease he had, so power walked away as fast as possible.
