I had a vivid dream about having an alternate reality that I could get to through a wardrobe in my house, and woke up naturally after the dream.

I dreamt that I was in the back of a car with my brother and one of my work mates (someone else was driving). My brother was sleeping and talking in his sleep, when all of a sudden he climbed into the back and straddled my friend. It was clear from what he was saying that he was dreaming about going to the toilet and he unzipped his trousers pointing in the direction of my friends face.

By this time we were all shouting for him to stop and my friend was pushing him off, and eventually he woke up. I said something like "That was close" and my friend said "Close? My face is wet that was more than close". My brother was apologising.

I was having a long and vivid dream about being at work and making a major change that affected everything. The weird thing was that instead of programming to make the change, the whole office was a massive machine with huge pipes and I had to divert the flow of water.

This dream had our systems implemented as something half way between programming and plumbing and it was weird! It's tiring having to fix bugs when it involves running around an enormous complex fixing leaks!

We were visiting a seaside town and we met some people, and somehow we ended up back at their house. They gave us the guided tour and it was a massive 4 floor town house with a café on the ground floor that served up gazpacho soup!

I dreamt that I was back at university, with a mixture of people from my school and my current work. I remember it being between lectures and I wanted a cup of tea, but my friends needed to go to the toilet and there was a massive queue.

At 4:40am this morning I woke up from a dream. I dreamt that my mum and Yu Lee found a massive spider in the kitchen and put a glass on it. I lifted up one edge of the glass to slide in a piece of card and suddenly the spider was gone. I had lots of spider webs in my hair and I was trying to find the spider, and thought it was on me somewhere.

I was dreaming that I was in Spain, visiting my dad, and I had been at a bar drinking. We all went back to my dad's house and there were a lot of people in the front room, drinking and talking, and my brother was there too.

The layout of the house was completely different to real life, and the living room opened out into a very narrow kitchen - it seemed more like a corridor with kitchen appliances in it.

I was standing in the kitchen with Yu Lee, when all of a sudden my brother came through the door and said "I feel really sick". He staggered into the kitchen, and just about made it to the sink where he threw up, and then immediately collapsed on the floor and puked some more. At that moment Dad walked in and said "Have you seen what he's just done on the floor in there?" and I woke up feeling hot, sweaty and thirsty!

About 5 minutes before the alarm was due I was having a very vivid dream, when I suddenly heard music playing which woke me up. The music was loud enough for me to make out the tune, and as I woke up I remember thinking 'wow next door are playing their music loud'. As I became more and more awake, the music faded out and I realised that it was just part of my dream!

When I woke up I was having a certain type of dream that I used to have a lot of when I kept my dream journal. It's a type of dream where I am kind of playing a computer game, but somehow it is real life as well. It's like half way between real life and a game.

I dreamt that it was 4:30am and I couldn't sleep! I was very surprised when my alarm went off and it was actually 5:30 and time to get up.
