This morning I set my alarm for 9:00am, but woke up to drilling from next door as they are having solid wall insulation fitted.

I woke up naturally before my alarm but went back to sleep, and then when my alarm did go off I struggled to get up.

Yu Lee was really restless this morning, and in the end it woke me up way before the alarm went off. When I spoke to her, she said she'd been awake since 6:00am.
