This morning was the second morning with my dawn simulation alarm clock. I woke up about 5 minutes before the beeper was due to go off and saw the bright light. Then I woke up to the beeper and turned it off, and once again dozed for about 40 minutes.

I think this could work when my sleeping pattern falls into a routine and when Yu Lee is not so tired. Either way, it's not worse than snoozing my alarm for an hour and is a lot more comfortable.

This morning was the first morning with my Lumie bodyclock alarm clock, which has a bright light on it which gradually fades in before the alarm goes off.

I woke up a couple of times before the light started, and then woke up again when the light was on. Next the alarm beeped and I turned it off, but then I dozed for another hour or so. When Yu Lee doesn't stir it's hard for me to get up.

I think this could work, but I needed to catch up no sleep from the previous night.
