I had a dream about doing some DIY stuff with one of my school friends. I don't remember exactly what we were doing but it involved nailing stuff together. I also remember trying to organise transporting the stuff we were making, and trying to figure out who was going to go in each car.

After about 1.5 hours of sleep I woke up naturally from a dream. I dreamt that I was Spider-Man (?) and that Yu Lee's mum was in a house which was about to be terrorised by a giant robot spider. I eventually convinced her to get in the car and then drove her away to safety after a brief argument with Yu Lee about who was going to drive.

I was dreaming about building a computer with Yu Lee's brother.

My dream had a couple of things going on:

First I was trying to organise a date for someone, and giving them advice about how to go on dates with people!

Secondly I was trying to meet up with my Spanish friend, Sara. We were typing messages to each other on the computer and she told me that she was tired. She said "I was out last night in America. It was the best night of my life so far". We were in Spain so I told her we should meet up and go for tapas some time.

The third thing I remember, which is what I was dreaming about when I woke up, was playing some kind of weird wooden instrument that looked like a didgeridoo. I had to do some weird kind of visualisation thing to get it to work and someone was giving me advice about how I needed to concentrate on the instrument to make it work.

I dreamt about being in an office with a mixture of my current work mates and some random people. We got a package addressed to all of us and when I opened it up it had a DVD with the game-show Gladiators and loads of beer. I was excited but when I looked around everyone had fallen asleep.

Just before I woke up I remember that I was running a code analysis tool on my code, and it was really frustrating to use because it generated lines of text that were hundreds of characters long and I had to scroll for miles to the right to read them. Also the font was really big which made matters worse.

This morning I woke up from a dream about being at work. We did some kind of maths test, and I handed my test to one of the testers on my way to the tea room. When I got downstairs everyone that had finished the test was there and we made a drink. Then I was sitting on a sofa and Simon Cowell sat down next to me. I asked him what he'd been doing recently and he started reading out lottery numbers.

I was having a weird dream about being on some kind of climbing frame, and needing to climb over my friends when I wanted to get off to go to the toilet.

I dreamt that I was with a Spanish woman, and half of the time she was my friend Sara and the other half she was Cristina who was my Spanish teacher when I was on my Spanish course in Toledo. For some reason we were meeting up in the evening for a Hindi lesson, so she drove me to the Hindi teacher's house and I had the weirdest language lesson ever!

The first thing my friend said to me when we got there was that Hindi is magic, so you have to do a lot of rituals when you learn it. The teacher was wearing very strange (and very small!) clothes and we had to lay down together in a blanket throughout the lesson. It was quite intimate but not sexual in any way.

When she taught me the pronunciation all of the sounds sounded like English which I know is not right. My friend fell asleep throughout the lesson and woke up at the end just as we were finishing up. The teacher said something to me in Hindi and then pinched me, and my friend said I had to pinch her back. I did it and she shrieked and told me I pinched her too hard.

My friend realised it was late and asked why I didn't wake her up sooner, and then went outside to call her husband. Then I woke up.

Edit: One thing I remember from the lesson is that I asked the teacher how to say 'hello' in Hindi and she told me that there was no word for 'hello'!

I had some very strange dreams in the night, one involving being in a hostage situation with the queen (!) and another with a recurring theme of needing to go to the toilet, and going to a public toilet which was very confusing and difficult. There were lots of people there, lots of urinals in weird places, and every time I went up to a free urinal it would turn out to be broken or not a urinal.

I dreamt that we went to our old house to drop off some documents to the new owner. When we got there it was a building site at the front of the house as he was building another extension. He told us that he'd made a few changes and that we wouldn't recognise the place, and asked us if we'd like to look around.

We took him up on his offer, and when he showed us round it was like a completely different house inside! It was a lot bigger than before, and the layout was completely different, and the decoration was like you'd expect inside a very expensive property.

Me and Yu Lee both agreed that it was nice to see that it had changed because it didn't feel like someone else was living in our house.
