Today we were at Yu Lee's mum's house and I napped upstairs in Yu Lee's room. I had a dream but I don't remember any of the details now.

Last night I was quite tired by bed time and fell asleep quickly. I woke up a couple of times in the night but went back to sleep easily.

At 5:00am Yu Lee got up to go to the bathroom, and then at 6:00am she woke up again and put her hand on me to see if I was awake. We laid in bed for a while afterwards and I could have easily gone back to sleep.

I went for lunch with some of my work mates from my last job and had a couple of pints. I slept for about an hour, and then laid in bed for a while afterwards.

I woke up a couple of times in the night, but in the end I slept through until 7:00am. I felt like I'd slept a little bit too much.

This was my first proper nap for a few days and it felt pretty good. I definitely dreamt, although I don't remember the dream, and I laid in bed for about 15 minutes afterwards. I don't know if I dozed at all but I definitely wasn't asleep for all of the time after I recorded the end of my nap.

Last night I was extremely tired when I went to bed. We got stuck in traffic on the way home from Yu Lee's Mum's house and ended up getting in just before 1:00am.

I slept through the night and woke up naturally at 7:00am.

Yesterday I didn't nap and felt really tired by bed time. I fell asleep quickly and slept through to Yu Lee's alarm at 7:00am.

It took me a little while to fall asleep, and then in the night I woke up twice from 2 different dreams which I no longer remember. In the morning I woke up 5 minutes before the alarm.

Last night I went up to bed before I was really ready, mainly because Yu Lee wanted me to. It took me a little while to fall asleep, but once I was asleep I slept solidly through until about 5:15am. Then I went back to sleep and woke up an hour later.

It took me a little while to fall asleep for this nap, but after a morning of skateboarding I was pretty knackered and when I did fall asleep I slept deeply.

This was a nice nap!

Last night it took me ages to fall asleep and then I woke up again at about 3:00am needing to go to the bathroom. I also went downstairs to get a glass of water, and then I returned to bed it took me another 15 minutes or so to get back to sleep.

I woke up this morning at 8:00am without waking up in the night.

Today we were at Yu Lee's mum's house for the day, and I went for a sleep in Yu Lee's old room. It took me a little while to fall asleep but it was nice to lay down, and when I did finally fall asleep I slept quite deeply and had a dream.

I woke up to Yu Lee kissing me on the cheek.

Last night Yu Lee's Dad came round with his partner, Yu Lee's little brother and the baby. We had a barbecue, and as usual the hours flew by.

When we finally got to bed I was a bit past being tired and it took me a while to fall asleep. I woke up around 6:30am, and then went back to sleep until 7:45am when I got up.
