Last night I fell asleep quickly, and slept through until about 5:00am this morning. Then I dozed until 6:00am when I recorded the end of my sleep. After that I fell asleep again for another 15 minutes and had to adjust my sleep chart again.

I came over sleepy in the afternoon and went for a nap in the back room. I had a nice little nap, and after such a long sleep last night I was surprised that I slept so well.

This was a nice nap! It took me a few minutes to fall asleep, but the next thing I remembered was drifting in and out, and then looking at the clock and 2 hours had passed.

Last night it got late and we still hadn't driven home so we decided to stay at Yu Lee's mum's house. It took me a little while to fall asleep, and then I slept through to the alarm at 6:30am this morning. I dozed for 10 minutes and then got up.

Today we were at Yu Lee's mum's house and I napped upstairs in Yu Lee's room. I had a dream but I don't remember any of the details now.

Last night I was quite tired by bed time and fell asleep quickly. I woke up a couple of times in the night but went back to sleep easily.

At 5:00am Yu Lee got up to go to the bathroom, and then at 6:00am she woke up again and put her hand on me to see if I was awake. We laid in bed for a while afterwards and I could have easily gone back to sleep.

I went for lunch with some of my work mates from my last job and had a couple of pints. I slept for about an hour, and then laid in bed for a while afterwards.

This was my first proper nap for a few days and it felt pretty good. I definitely dreamt, although I don't remember the dream, and I laid in bed for about 15 minutes afterwards. I don't know if I dozed at all but I definitely wasn't asleep for all of the time after I recorded the end of my nap.

Last night I was extremely tired when I went to bed. We got stuck in traffic on the way home from Yu Lee's Mum's house and ended up getting in just before 1:00am.

I slept through the night and woke up naturally at 7:00am.

Yesterday I didn't nap and felt really tired by bed time. I fell asleep quickly and slept through to Yu Lee's alarm at 7:00am.

It took me a little while to fall asleep, and then in the night I woke up twice from 2 different dreams which I no longer remember. In the morning I woke up 5 minutes before the alarm.
