I was quite tired last might due to my nap not being very refreshing, so I went to bed a little earlier than usual. In the end it took me about 30 minutes to fall asleep (the last time I looked at the clock it was 11:00pm).

This morning I woke up at 4:45am which was 15 minutes before my alarm. It was 4:50 by the time I dragged myself out of bed. I'm pretty sure I woke up from a dream but unfortunately I don't remember it.

This was not a good nap. I think I fell asleep in 5 - 10 minutes, but I didn't have a very good sleep. At first my next door neighbours were playing their usual game of "see how many times we can run up and down the stairs in 10 minutes", and as soon as I heard them doing that I just knew that they were going to be noisy after that which made me feel stressed and stopped me from sleeping well.

I have a feeling I woke up briefly around 5:00, and then they woke me up again at about half past (they love to turn the subwoofer up nice and loud on their tv). I did try to go back to sleep but at that moment Yu Lee came in and I just decided to get up.

This is a shame because I felt tired all afternoon at work, and if it wasn't for my neighbours I would have probably had a really good hour and a half nap, but now I will just have to deal with feeling a bit off for the rest of the day. :-(

Within 5 minutes of resetting my sleep I must have fallen asleep!

I woke up naturally not long after 4am, and rested in bed until about 4:30. Does this mean that I have caught up on all of my missing sleep?

I'm going to wait and see how I feel after today's nap before I consider my sleeping pattern back to normal.

I went to bed at 11:30 because that was my normal bed time, but I didn't feel particularly tired. I was kind of expecting to not sleep due to my long nap after work.

When I'd been laying there for just over 20 minutes I marked the sleep as "did not sleep" and started another sleep, and said to myself that if I wasn't asleep in the next 5 minutes I would get up.

Today I felt a little bit sleepy this morning, but not enough to stop me getting out of bed on time. I felt sleepy on and off all day but I think this was mainly due to my messed up sleeping pattern yesterday. At lunch time I actually came home because I had nothing better to do and I looked at my bed and thought "if only I could...".

In the afternoon I perked up a little bit, but by the time I came home I was definitely ready to sleep, and when I went for my nap I fell asleep very quickly. As is quite normal for me I woke up again after 30 minutes, but I laid there for another 5 - 10 minutes and drifted back to sleep. When my alarm went off I wasn't sure if it was morning or not!

This nap was just what I needed! Hopefully it won't affect my sleep tonight, but it felt great to sleep in my own bed and have a long, uninterrupted nap and to not need to use ear plugs.

Yesterday from about 8:00pm I felt very tired, and I was even debating being in bed by 9:00pm but then I woud have either got up at 3am or slept for 8 hours, both of which would have messed up my sleeping pattern.

Once it got past 9:00pm I started to feel a little less sleepy and in the end I went to bed at the usual time of 11:00pm and fell asleep pretty much straight away. I slept through until my alarm this morning, and I could have easily slept longer but it wasn't too difficult to get up. Hopefully today I can get back into my usual sleeping pattern.

I must admit it is nice to be sleeping in my own bed again!

I was not sure whether I would want a nap today as I finally ended up getting up at 8:00am which is a lot later than usual. I have felt kind of tired all day, and at 3:50pm I decided to take a nap as I came over sleepy. I didn't fall asleep but I did rest my eyes for a while which made me feel better. I did enjoy being able to use my own bed again though!

I'm looking forward to getting back into my normal routine tomorrow, although I'm not exactly looking forward to starting work. I'm not sure what time I'll want to sleep tonight.

I should have probably just got up at 6:30 but I felt really tired so I went back to sleep. I woke up briefly at 7:40 and went straight back to sleep. I finally woke up at 8:00 and got up.

Now I feel awake enough to be up but I kind of feel like I've had too much sleep at the same time and I feel like my head is filled with cotton wool. I could still hear the party going on at 8:00 and this was one of the most broken night's sleep I've ever had! The broken sleep is probably the reason that I had the lucid dreams though. I have no idea what this is going to do to my sleep pattern.

After writing some notes about my dream I went back to bed at 4:20. The noise was too much for me to sleep so I put my earplugs back in at 4:45 and finally got back to sleep.

This time I had another lucid dream, and this was the first ever long lucid dream that I've ever had. I woke up at the end of my dream and took some very brief notes on my tablet.

After laying in bed for over an hour I finally managed to fall back to sleep. This time I had a dream where I became lucid at the end and I woke up incredibly excited as this was my first lucid dream in years!

I got up to write some notes about my dream, and by this time next door had moved the party upstairs into the room that shares a wall with the one I was sleeping in. There was loud music and shouting, and it sounded like they were scratching the walls at one point, but to be honest I didn't really care because I'd just had a lucid dream and I was quite excited!

Last night we were still at Yu Lee's mum's house. We went to bed just after it turned midnight and listened to the fireworks going off which was surprisingly relaxing. I think they were still going off when I went to sleep but I was so tired that I feel asleep almost instantly once I had settled down.

The next thing I remember is waking up to incredibly loud music from next door. They were playing Gangnam Style at full volume which is the last thing you want to hear at that time in the morning! I felt quite annoyed at being woken and it took me a long time to get back to sleep.

Today we went shopping and came back home just after 2pm. I went straight to bed and fell asleep in about 5 minutes but woke up again at 2:45 (after 20 minutes). After that it took me about another 10 minutes to fall back to sleep and I slept through until 3:45.

When I did wake up it was really warm in the bed and really cold outside, as is normally the case in Yu Lee's mum's house! It took me about 15 minutes to drag myself out of bed.

Yesterday I was pretty tired by the time I went to bed and I fell asleep very quickly. I woke up at 4:20 from a dream and definitely remembered enough detail to write it up, but there is no lamp on the side table in Yu Lee's mum's house so I would have had to get up to take notes and I decided it was too early to get up in someone else's house.

I don't remember falling back to sleep but the next thing I remember is looking at the time on my iPod and it being 5:18, and I could still remember that I had had a dream but I could no longer remember anything about it.

Today we went to Wood Green to do some shopping, and on the way back I came over quite sleepy. When we finally got back home I was ready for my nap and went straight to bed.

I laid in bed for a while and looked at the time and exactly 15 minutes had passed. I'm pretty sure I dozed off for 5 minutes in this time, and after I looked at the time I fell straight to sleep. I woke up naturally at 3:10pm and took a note of the time, but then I dozed off again before finally waking up at 3:25pm (15 minutes later).

I felt like I could have laid there and drifted off to sleep again, but I know from past experiences that this would have probably made me feel groggy. This was one of the best naps I have had over the Christmas period and I really enjoyed it!

Yesterday I started to feel tired around midnight, but when we went to bed we ended up chatting until about 1am. When we finally stopped talking I fell asleep very quickly and slept through until my alarm at 6:15 this morning.

After my alarm went off I did fall back to sleep but I woke up 5 minutes later. When I woke up the second time I wasn't sure if I'd woken up already, and thought that I'd dreamt of turning off my alarm. When I looked at my tablet the alarm on it said that it was on snooze so I realised I must have just gone back to sleep.

I feel a lot less tired this morning than I did yesterday.

We're out for the day today and I don't know when I will be able to nap, so I thought it was a good idea to take my nap early. I felt drowsy after taking a bath so decided 9am was the time!

I had quite broken sleep. I woke up after half an hour, then after an hour as my neighbours were making noise again (power tools?). I finally got up at 10:22 and felt a bit fuzzy, like I would normally have felt if I slept through until noon.

It will be interesting to see if I feel tired this afternoon and if I have any troubles sleeping today.

Last night I probably should have gone to bed earlier. To be honest I could have probably done with going to bed an hour earlier, but for some reason I stayed up a bit later and was extremely tired when I went to bed.

I fell asleep within seconds and slept through solidly until my alarm went off at 5:30am. I turned off my alarm and dozed for half an hour before I finally managed to drag myself out of bed. I feel sleepy now!

This was my first nap in my own bed for a few days and I have to admit it is much less stressful napping at home! Whenever I nap at someone else's house I always feel like a bit of a pain so it was nice not to have that feeling.

I would guess it took me about 10 seconds to fall asleep once I settled down, but maybe up to a minute. Falling asleep was easy but for some reason I didn't sleep for very long.

First I woke up almost dead on 3:00pm, so I had only been sleeping for 45 minutes. I went back to sleep and then woke up at about 25 past. I decided to try and doze a bit longer but my neighbours were (I think) cutting something with a circular saw again which snapped me right out of it.

I think I would have liked to have slept longer!

Last night I was at my Mum's house, and in the end I went to bed at 12:30am.

I was relatively tired and I know it took me at least 12 minutes to fall asleep because I remember looking at the clock and it saying 12:47, but I think it was probably about 15 minutes in total before I fell asleep.

I set my alarm for 6:00am but I woke up naturally 15 minutes before it. I woke up from a dream where I was in a mixture of school and work and wanted to take a girl to the cinema. At the end of my dream Humza Q was being questioned by security and I refused to help him.

Today we went to Mum's in the morning for Christmas no 2! We had an amazing Christmas lunch and shortly afterwards I began to feel really sleepy.

When we went up to bed I fell asleep in 5 - 10 minutes, and initially I woke up at 16:50 (after an hour). I decided to go back to sleep and then woke up after a total of 1.5 hours and felt refreshed.
