A couple of hours later Yu Lee came in and woke me up. She was holding Link and said he'd been massively sick everywhere and needed help, so I went in with her and looked after Link while she changed him, her and the bed. She told me she hadn't slept yet and that he was complaining the whole time.

Once we were done she slept with him and I went back to our room but couldn't sleep for a while. Yu Lee came back into our room at 7:00am having barely slept on the uncomfortable bed in Link's room.

Just as we were coming to bed Link was crying and wouldn't sleep, and then when Yu Lee gave him a cuddle he was sick on her. We changed him and I gave him a cuddle while Yu Lee cleaned herself up and he was sick on me, and we had to change him again.

Yu Lee stayed with him and I went to bed.

This morning I woke up around 4:30am and didn't really sleep properly until my alarm went off at 5:30am. I kept drifting in and out, and at one point my thumb on my right had got a bit "stuck" until I moved it several times and it eased up. I'm really starting to think that I'm getting trigger finger in my thumb.

Yu Lee called and woke me up from my nap. I no longer let her phone call me when my phone's on silent!

I was in the living room watching TV when Link woke up, so I went in to his bedroom to give him a cuddle. I was feeling sleepy now so I decided to put him on the bed next to me and sleep there so that Yu Lee could get some sleep.

I turned off my alarm at 6:00am and got up at 7:45am when Link decided it was time to get up. I was very tired but there was no way he was going to let me sleep!

We came back to bed afterwards but it was very difficult to sleep after all of the excitement. I was amazed that Link never woke up!

After 45 minutes of laying in bed I decided to get up and go down stairs.

When I came back to bed I fell asleep quickly. About an hour later I woke up to shouting in the street and flashing lights. I got out of bed and looked out of the window and saw an ambulance in the street with its lights on. A man in uniform was walking after someone, and that person was power walking away shouting "I told you 100 times to leave me alone."

The people moved out of my view and the ambulance moved a bit further down the street and I got back in bed, but then a while later the shouting got a lot louder. I remember hearing a man screaming "can't you just put some cold water in my eyes?"

Eventually I realised I wouldn't be sleeping as the screaming was really loud and got my heart pumping! I went upstairs into the office and opened the skylight and I could see and hear a lot better. The man who was screaming was saying "but you didn't have to mace me."

At this point the ambulance was nowhere to be seen but there was a police van and a police car - maybe it was a police van and not an ambulance in the first place.

The policeman was trying to get the man in the back of the van now and was saying "we sprayed you because you resisted arrest, now stop being a big baby and get in the van."

I couldn't sleep so I got up for a while.
