I must have fallen back to sleep very quickly. I woke up half an hour later from a very interesting dream. This time I did feel as though I'd been asleep and was very glad to have gone back to sleep.

I slept for my nap in the bedroom again. When I woke up, I wasn't even sure if I'd been asleep, and the only way I knew I'd slept properly was that 40 minutes had passed and felt like more like 10.

I didn't have any sleep inertia, and could have easily gotten up, but I'd been tired and wanted to get a decent amount of sleep and was frustrated with having such a short nap. After recording the end of my sleep I thought I'd just lay there for a bit and see if I fell back to sleep...

I was very tired last night, and spent the evening sitting in my hammock, watching You Tube videos whilst Yu Lee played on her computer.

At about 11:10pm I put on Derelicts by Carbon Based Lifeforms and drifted off to sleep. I woke up 40 minutes later because I was actually a bit chilly!

We've had a hot summer unlike a summer I've had before, with a very long heatwave for the past couple of months. It was unusual for the temperature to drop so low, even in the evening.

I tried to sleep in my bed, and I was tired, but in the end I couldn't sleep. There is a chance that I nodded off for a few minutes, but I'd left the baby monitor in my room and just before 1:00pm Link started screaming and woke me up.

Any sleep I did get was negligible.
