Last night I went to bed a little later as I haven't really adjusted my body clock to the clocks going forward. I set the alarm for 5:30am so that I can change my clock half an hour a day and make it easier to adjust.
It took me a little while to fall asleep, but not too long. Once I was asleep I slept through the night until my alarm went off.
