We have some university friends staying with us, and yesterday we spent the evening in the garden having a barbecue. It was just about warm enough, and after eating we sat around the barbecue and watched a hedgehog wander around the garden.
At about 11:30pm I came over really tired and headed up for bed around midnight. I fell asleep very quickly, and this morning I woke from a weird dream which I don't remember now.
It looks like I slept in longer than usual, but this is because the clocks changed last night. I got up at 5:00am GMT but local time is not 6:00am.

Today I felt pretty sleepy from around midday, but we still had visitors in the house until about 2:00pm. When they'd left I went straight to bed and fell asleep quickly.
I woke up after about 15 minutes because my hair was tickling my face and felt like an insect! I thought I wouldn't get back to sleep but I did after a little while and slept through until a couple of minutes before my alarm when I woke up naturally.

Last night I went to bed a little later as I haven't really adjusted my body clock to the clocks going forward. I set the alarm for 5:30am so that I can change my clock half an hour a day and make it easier to adjust.
It took me a little while to fall asleep, but not too long. Once I was asleep I slept through the night until my alarm went off.
