Last night we had some friends round for a barbecue, so we ended up eating loads of meat and I drank a fair bit of red wine!

We went to bed around midnight and I fell asleep relatively quickly. At 3:00am Yu Lee got up to go to the toilet which woke me up so I went too. She was coughing a bit but I got back to sleep in a few minutes, and then woke up again at 4:30am. It was still too early to get up so I went back to sleep again and my alarm woke me up at 5:30am, but by this time I was really sleepy so I ended up sleeping for another half hour.

I felt slightly hungover today, but not too bad.

Today I wasn't sure if I would sleep for my nap but in the end I must have gotten to sleep in less than 10 minutes. I slept well and woke up from a dream when my alarm went off just over 1.5 hours later.

Yesterday I felt pretty tired, and when I went to bed I fell asleep quickly. I slept solidly through the night and woke up to my alarm at 5:30am this morning, and then snoozed for about 15 minutes before getting up.
