Last night I went to bed a little later than most nights this week, just before midnight. It took my quite a while to properly fall asleep, but I didn't mind laying in bed for a while.
When I did fall asleep I slept solidly through the night. I laid in bed for a few minutes after my alarm and I probably dozed off but only for a minute so I didn't bother to record it.

This morning we had a busy morning! I had a driving lesson from 9:00 - 10:30 and then we had 3 house viewings. We got back in at 1:00pm and I had a cheese and pickle sandwich and went to bed.
I fell asleep for my nap relatively quickly, but woke up before my alarm. I remember being in a half sleep state for a while and not properly being able to fall back to sleep, but then when I'd registered the end of my sleep I didn't want to get up!
