Last night I felt quite tired at 11:00pm so I tried to hurry Yu Lee up and get to bed a bit early, but it was still 11:30pm by the time we got to bed. Then, after feeling tired before bed it took me half an hour to fall asleep.
This morning when I woke up I snoozed my alarm once and then got up.

This was a frustrating lunchtime nap. I had a meeting at 2:00pm that I had to get back for so I took my lunch a little early. When I came home I felt a bit tired, but for some reason it took me half an hour to properly fall asleep. I think I might have drifted into a light sleep for a very short while but I was definitely awake after half an hour because I reset the timer.
After that I did go to sleep, and when my alarm went off 40 minutes later I really felt like I needed longer! Back at work in my (boring) meeting I did feel a bit sleepy, but afterwards I got a cup of tea and then I was fine.

Last night I drunk half a bottle of wine and went to bed at about 11:30pm. I fell asleep very quickly, but for some reason I kept waking up in the night, although I was able to get back to sleep again quickly each time.
I think I woke up around 1:30am, 3:00am and the just before 5:00am. The last time I woke up was just a few minutes before my alarm went off so I was awake already when it went off, but I still went back to sleep for a little while before getting up.
For some reason I have woken up with back ache.
