Last night I went to bed a little bit early and fell asleep straight away. I slept through until my alarm went off at 5:00am, and then I snoozed for a while before getting up.

Today when I went home for my nap at lunch time I didn't feel like I was going to sleep. I got in bed but didn't think I would sleep so I got up and got a glass of water and went to the toilet, and when I came back I came over tired and fell asleep straight away.

Sometimes I think the walk home wakes me up a bit and I just need a few minutes to feel sleepy again.

Last night I felt quite tired at 11:00pm so I tried to hurry Yu Lee up and get to bed a bit early, but it was still 11:30pm by the time we got to bed. Then, after feeling tired before bed it took me half an hour to fall asleep.

This morning when I woke up I snoozed my alarm once and then got up.
