Last night I probably should have gone to bed earlier. To be honest I could have probably done with going to bed an hour earlier, but for some reason I stayed up a bit later and was extremely tired when I went to bed.
I fell asleep within seconds and slept through solidly until my alarm went off at 5:30am. I turned off my alarm and dozed for half an hour before I finally managed to drag myself out of bed. I feel sleepy now!

We're out for the day today and I don't know when I will be able to nap, so I thought it was a good idea to take my nap early. I felt drowsy after taking a bath so decided 9am was the time!
I had quite broken sleep. I woke up after half an hour, then after an hour as my neighbours were making noise again (power tools?). I finally got up at 10:22 and felt a bit fuzzy, like I would normally have felt if I slept through until noon.
It will be interesting to see if I feel tired this afternoon and if I have any troubles sleeping today.
