Last night I felt pretty sleepy by bed time and I was asleep in no time. I don't remember waking up in the night, but I do remember being in a vivid dream when the alarm went off. It took me a while to realise that the noise I could hear was the alarm and once I did I jumped out of bed to turn it off.

Immediately after waking I could remember the dream but it's long gone now.

Today I felt a bit tired in the morning, and I had to stay at work a little bit later due to a meeting. When I got home I went straight to bed and set my alarm for 2:45pm but ended up snoozing for half an hour. Then I had to rush to get into town and meet my friend for some Spanish conversation.

This was a good sleep!
