Last night we went for Polish food (which was awesome!) and then relaxed for a couple of hours in the living room. Yu Lee fell asleep just after 9:00pm, and soon after I started to feel really tired too.
I was in bed by 10:00pm and asleep within minutes! I slept through until about 2:30am when I woke up briefly, and then I woke up again at 4:52am. I closed my eyes and woke up again at 4:59am which is one minute before the alarm and jumped out of bed to turn it off before it went off.
I needed the extra sleep, and when I woke up I felt great (but starving).

Today I wasn't particularly tired at nap time, and I wasn't convinced I would actually sleep, but I went to bed anyway and was asleep within a few minutes.
I woke up naturally after about an hour, and laid there in a half-awake, half-asleep state for a while before getting up.

Last night I felt pretty sleepy by bed time and I was asleep in no time. I don't remember waking up in the night, but I do remember being in a vivid dream when the alarm went off. It took me a while to realise that the noise I could hear was the alarm and once I did I jumped out of bed to turn it off.
Immediately after waking I could remember the dream but it's long gone now.
