That was a long nap!
I felt quite tired this morning, probably because I woke up quite early, but by nap time I wasn't actually feeling any more tired than usual.
I fell asleep quite quickly, and woke up after about 1.5 hours and took out my ear plugs. After that I fell asleep again virtually instantly and woke up at 3:10pm, and then I dozed for another half an hour before finally getting up.
