I wasn't sure I'd sleep last night, but I actually fell asleep quite quickly once I'd settled down for the night. I slept through until about 5:20am and then dozed for 10 minutes.

This was another long nap, and unlike yesterday I slept through the whole thing without waking in the middle.

It felt pretty good, but I feel like I slept a little bit too long.
