Last night I went to bed at 11:30pm and fell asleep pretty quickly. I slept through the night and woke up to my alarm at 5:20am. Nothing more to say about last night!

This sleep wasn't as good as previous days. I wasn't 100% sure that I'd even fallen asleep, and I looked at the clock several times including 10 minutes before my alarm went off, but there is no way this felt like 1.5 hours so I must have been sleeping and I was dreaming when my alarm went off.
I think this was quite a light sleep, but I felt good afterwards (although I didn't want to get up when my alarm went off).
