Last night I went to bed when I wasn't really ready to, but this was mainly because I wanted to get up a bit earlier. It took me around half an hour to get to sleep but I wasn't bored or frustrated.

This morning I snoozed my alarm twice before getting up. It was a bit of a struggle to convince myself to get out of bed but once I was up I wasn't tired.

Today at lunch time it took me a little while to fall asleep. I was a little sleepy before I left work (which is why I left 30 minutes earlier than usual) but the walk home woke me up a bit and it took me 15 minutes to get to sleep.

I think I woke up once in the middle of my sleep, and when my alarm went off I wanted more!
