Last night I wasn't sure if I would sleep, but in the end I fell asleep relatively quickly.
This morning I woke up 5 minutes before the alarm, and then what seemed like seconds later it went off and I was asleep again.

Today for my nap I intended to sleep for just over 1.5 hours as usual, but obviously it was too hard for me to add 1.5 hours to the current time because I accidentally set the alarm half an hour early.
I only had 1 hour and I could have definitely slept longer!

Last night Yu Lee fell asleep on the sofa at 9:00pm. I woke her up at bed time and we went to bed as usual, but then I was just nodding off when she got up which woke me back up again.
I laid in bed for a little while, then I decided to get up and use the bathroom and after that I fell back to sleep quickly.
I never heard her come back in and slept the rest of the night through.
