This morning I woke up naturally at 4:59am, and thought about getting up as there was only 1 minute until the alarm. Then I thought that I didn't want to mess up the alarm again so I left it and went back to sleep.

1 minute later the alarm went off and I was asleep and dreaming already!

I didn't sleep at all

I felt tired this morning, but when I went to bed my mind was way to active to sleep so I got up instead.

I let myself have a little longer as I felt really tired and it was a little later than usual.

It took me a little while to fall asleep and I slept lightly, waking many times and turning over a lot. When the alarm went off though I was sleepy and laid in bed for 10 minutes listening to it.

Last night I wasn't sure if I would sleep, but in the end I fell asleep relatively quickly.

This morning I woke up 5 minutes before the alarm, and then what seemed like seconds later it went off and I was asleep again.
