Last night I was pretty tired from missing my nap so we went to bed at 11:00pm and I fell asleep straight away.

As I've been struggling to get up in the mornings I put a loud alarm clock on the other side of the room and set it for 5:00am. When it went off I shot out of bed and switched it off straight away!

Today I was pretty tired by nap time due to missing my nap yesterday. I fell asleep quickly, but I dreamt of not being able to sleep!

I also had some other random dreams about freelancing and stuff at work. When my alarm went off I was still dreaming.

Last night it took me a little while to fall asleep, but I was asleep within 15 minutes. This is probably a good sign that I am getting enough sleep after changing my wake up time.

I slept solidly and woke up to my alarm and once again jumped out of bed to turn it off. It's not a pleasant way to be woken up and leaves me feeling a bit crappy, but it's the best way to shift my sleeping pattern back.
