Last night it took me a little while to fall asleep, but I was asleep within 15 minutes. This is probably a good sign that I am getting enough sleep after changing my wake up time.
I slept solidly and woke up to my alarm and once again jumped out of bed to turn it off. It's not a pleasant way to be woken up and leaves me feeling a bit crappy, but it's the best way to shift my sleeping pattern back.

For today's nap it took me a little while to get to sleep. I slept lightly and woke up naturally at 1:40pm and thought I wouldn't get back to sleep, but I actually nodded off again pretty quickly and was in a relatively deep sleep when my alarm went off. I think I had a dream but I'm not 100% sure.

Yesterday I went out for a language exchange and had Mexican food and a few pints. I got back home around 9:30pm and went to bed around 11:00pm.
When I settled down to sleep I fell asleep relatively quickly but I woke up a few times in the night. I think I woke up around 1:30am and went to the toilet, and then woke up again at 3:00am.
When my alarm went off I was tired but I got up anyway. I could feel that I'd had a few beers the previous night but I wasn't too bad.
