Last night we went to bed just after midnight. I fell asleep in about 10 minutes and slept solidly, turning off both of my alarms without remembering doing so, and waking up just before 7:00am!

I feel like I slept a little bit too long.

I didn't sleep at all

I didn't feel very tired today for my nap but I laid down for 20 minutes anyway. When I realised I would definitely not be sleeping I got up and played computer games instead!

Last night I was pretty tired from missing my nap so we went to bed at 11:00pm and I fell asleep straight away.

As I've been struggling to get up in the mornings I put a loud alarm clock on the other side of the room and set it for 5:00am. When it went off I shot out of bed and switched it off straight away!
