Last night we went to bed around 11:20pm. We had the window open and someone was playing music outside, and it sounded like it was very loud but quite far away. I put in ear plugs which blocked out most of the noise so I had no trouble sleeping.

It took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep and I slept through the whole night. When my alarm went off at 5:00am I was a bit confused, probably because I still had my ear plugs in so it sounded different. I got straight up and didn't feel tired at all.

Today for my nap I decided not to set an alarm so that I could catch up on my sleep a bit. I woke up initially after 1.5 hours like normal, but then I dozed for about 40 minutes before getting up.
