Last night I went to sleep at around 11:30pm and fell asleep quickly. I slept through the night and it wasn't particularly easy to get up, although I did manage to get up with my second alarm.

This was a nice nap. I fell asleep quickly, and had a deep, dream filled sleep. I was dreaming when my alarm went off and I felt like I could have slept much longer.

Last night we went to bed around 11:20pm. We had the window open and someone was playing music outside, and it sounded like it was very loud but quite far away. I put in ear plugs which blocked out most of the noise so I had no trouble sleeping.
It took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep and I slept through the whole night. When my alarm went off at 5:00am I was a bit confused, probably because I still had my ear plugs in so it sounded different. I got straight up and didn't feel tired at all.
