Last night I went to bed at about 11:30 and it took me about 25 minutes to fall asleep. I slept through the night and struggled to get up this morning! I turned off both of my alarms and got up about half an hour later.

Today it took me a while to properly fall asleep, but I dozed on and off for about half an hour before drifting into a deeper sleep. When my alarm went off I was fast asleep but I don't remember dreaming.

Last night it took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep. I woke up to my first alarm at 5:00am and turned it off. I remember waiting for the second one to go off but it didn't go off, and when I opened my eyes again (after thinking it had been a long time) it was nearly 5:30am.
