Last night it took me quite a while to fall asleep. At the moment whenever I settle down to sleep my mind is filled with thoughts of moving house which makes it a bit more difficult to fall asleep.
This morning when my alarm went off I woke up straight away but couldn't be bothered to get up, so I ended up dozing off for a few minutes.

It took me a little bit longer to fall asleep for my nap today, but once I did get to sleep it was a nice nap and I woke up feeling refreshed.

Last night I went to bed at 11:30pm and fell asleep pretty quickly. I slept through the night and woke up to my alarm at 5:20am. Nothing more to say about last night!
