Last night we stayed with one of our friends in Coventry. We ended up staying up quite late and finally went to bed around 2:00am.
I thought I would fall asleep instantly, but I'd gotten over being tired by that point and it took me around 15 minutes to fall asleep. I set an alarm for 7:00am and snoozed it once, and got up at 7:20am. This was quite late for me but I didn't get any more sleep than usual.
On the way home from Coventry I felt quite tired and it was a bit of a struggle to stay awake. When we got home I went straight to bed for my nap but I was a bit more awake by that time and it probably took me around 10 minutes to fall asleep.
I'm pretty sure the first half of my sleep was quite light, and half way through I woke up and took out my ear plugs. Yu Lee came in and poked me at 2:30 but I laid in bed for about 20 minutes afterwards. I think I dozed off a couple of times in this period but for very short amounts of time.
I could have slept for another hour I'm sure!

Yesterday I felt quite tired, and I'm sure I could have slept for 3 hours if I wasn't woken up at the end of my nap. When it got to 11pm I decided to go to bed but it still took me around 25 minutes to get to sleep.
I slept through until my alarm at 4:30am but I was really tired so I just went back to sleep. Then I woke up again around 5:15am, and then I woke up a third time just after 6:00am.
The last time I woke up was the first time I've had a dream in ages.
Muddy Carpets

I dreamt that we had a team of builders in doing some work on the house. They had walked massive lumps of mud all over the house in all of the carpets, and I had a go at them and said they need to at least wipe their boots off. They all got annoyed and left saying I was being unreasonable.
