Last night I was pretty tired around 11:30pm and wanted to go to bed then, but somehow me and Yu Lee ended up having a bit of an argument and we didn't go to bed until 1:00am.
I set my alarm for 5:30am, but when it went off I set another alarm for 6:00am and went back to sleep.

Today I had my driving lesson at 9:00am (it was probably my best lesson yet) and then I had some cheese on toast and when to bed for my nap.
Today we had to go to Coventry to meet with some university friends in the afternoon, and I think knowing that I only had a limited time to sleep made it harder for me to get to sleep. It took me around half an hour to fall asleep, and when I did it felt like a pretty light sleep. I slept for just over an hour before waking up naturally, about 5 minutes before my alarm.
