Last night when I went to bed I recorded 20 minutes before I fell asleep, but I think I probably laid in bed another 5 - 10 minutes after that. As I've said a million times before though this was not unpleasant.
When I did go to sleep I slept through solidly until my alarm went off, and this time I actually managed to get up without going back to sleep!

When I got in from work I went straight to bed and fell asleep in 5 minutes or so. I had a good nap and woke up about 1:15 later which is pretty much perfect for me! Today I am a happy napper!

Last night I went round one of my friend's house to help hime move a sofa from upstairs to downstairs, and to be honest I think it tired me out!
Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed and I fell asleep in about 5 - 10 minutes. I think I woke up at some point this morning but I don't remember exactly what happened. When my alarm went off I logged the end of my sleep straight away and actually felt quite awake, but then a minute or two later I'd fallen back to sleep again, so when I woke up 20 minutes later I adjusted my sleep time.
In the end it was 5:05am when I finally dragged myself out of bed and I feel a little bit rough this morning.
