Last night I was pretty tired by bedtime, mainly due to the fact that I hadn't napped. I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and slept though until this morning.
This morning I woke up at 4:30am when my alarm went off but I slept in for another 20 minutes afterwards. I really need to get back into the habit of getting up when the alarm goes off!

I felt a bit sleepy towards the end of the day, but when I got home I wasn't 100% sure that I would sleep. I went to bed anyway and I fell asleep in about 5 minutes.
I woke up when I heard Yu Lee come in from an amazing nap! I really needed that nap and I am glad that my sleeping pattern recovered so quickly this time from the missed nap.

Last night when I went to bed I recorded 20 minutes before I fell asleep, but I think I probably laid in bed another 5 - 10 minutes after that. As I've said a million times before though this was not unpleasant.
When I did go to sleep I slept through solidly until my alarm went off, and this time I actually managed to get up without going back to sleep!
