Last night I went round one of my friend's house to help hime move a sofa from upstairs to downstairs, and to be honest I think it tired me out!
Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed and I fell asleep in about 5 - 10 minutes. I think I woke up at some point this morning but I don't remember exactly what happened. When my alarm went off I logged the end of my sleep straight away and actually felt quite awake, but then a minute or two later I'd fallen back to sleep again, so when I woke up 20 minutes later I adjusted my sleep time.
In the end it was 5:05am when I finally dragged myself out of bed and I feel a little bit rough this morning.

As today was the bank holiday I was at home so I took my nap just after midday. I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and woke up about an hour later. I remember trying to go back to sleep for a few minutes before logging the end of my sleep, but then after I'd given up I accidentally fell back to sleep for a few minutes and had a nice little doze.
As is usual when I get to nap during the day: this was a nice nap!

Last night's sleep was pretty uneventful. I went to bed just before 11:30pm and laid in bed for a while before I fell asleep. I slept through the night until 4:30am when my alarm went off, but then I went back to sleep for half an hour afterwards.
