Last night we went out to a Turkish restaurant and I had a massive plate of food and a couple of red wines. At 11:00pm I was feeling pretty tired so I went to bed and fell asleep almost instantly!
This morning my alarm went off at 4:30am as usual, but I must have been sleeping very deeply because I turned it off and then went straight back to sleep. I barely even remember turning it off!
Just after 5:00am I woke up again and got up, so I only overslept by half an hour (not that it's a problem).

Today I felt quite sleepy at work in the afternoon, but when I got back home I didn't feel as tired anymore. When I went for my nap I was thinking that I wouldn't really sleep so I decided to just give it 10 minutes.
After a very short while of laying there I lifted up my sleep mask and looked at the clock and only 5 minutes had passed, and then soon after this fell asleep! When I opened my eyes again I wasn't sure how long I'd been asleep and it was 5:10 so I'd had an hour.
Without meaning to I drifted off back to sleep again and dozed until Yu Lee came in at 5:30. This was another really nice nap!

Last night we went to bed just before 11:00 because that is when Yu Lee was tired, but I could have easily stayed up a bit longer. I fell asleep in less than 5 minutes and slept through solidly until 4:29am. When I woke up I saw that my alarm was going to go off in 1 minute so I switched it off early.
Although I woke up naturally I still felt a little sleepy so I ended up laying in bed for another 10 minutes (after logging the end of my sleep).
