Last night it was about 11:45pm by the time we went to bed, mainly because Yu Lee wouldn't stop playing on the computer! It took me more than half an hour to fall asleep but I think this was because I need some time to wind down after playing which is why I normally would log out at least half an hour before bed. It wasn't boring though laying in bed and I felt good and was surprised when I looked at the clock and so much time had passed.
I set my alarm for 5:00am this morning as I was a bit late to bed and I actually woke up from a dream 5 minutes before the alarm, but only for a few seconds and then went back to sleep. When my alarm went off I logged the end of my sleep but I laid in bed for about 10 minutes before getting up. I feel a bit sleepy now.

Today I felt a little sleepy, especially towards the end of the day, and when I arrived at home I thought I would probably be able to sleep. Just as I was going to go to sleep I heard a noise from next door which I think was a vacuum cleaner. As I didn't want to wait for them to finish I put in my earplugs and they did a great job of blocking out all of the noise!
I fell asleep in about 10 minutes and woke up after about an hour. When I woke up I could hear next door knocking around a bit in the next room, but it wasn't enough to disturb me.
This was the first time since my new neighbours had moved in that I'd actually heard them! After I got up I saw the guy from next door carrying in a carpet cleaner so I think they are cleaning their house. The funny thing is that these guys are quieter when they are moving the furniture around and cleaning up than my last neighbours were when they were simply moving from one end of the house to the other!

Last night we went out to a Turkish restaurant and I had a massive plate of food and a couple of red wines. At 11:00pm I was feeling pretty tired so I went to bed and fell asleep almost instantly!
This morning my alarm went off at 4:30am as usual, but I must have been sleeping very deeply because I turned it off and then went straight back to sleep. I barely even remember turning it off!
Just after 5:00am I woke up again and got up, so I only overslept by half an hour (not that it's a problem).
