Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night.
This morning I remember thinking that my alarm was going off but that I was tired and wanted another half an hour. When I opened my eyes the light on my alarm was flashing but it wasn't making a sound because I didn't turn it back on properly yesterday morning. It's surprising that the lights woke me as they are just a couple of red leds.

Today I was pretty tired by nap time but I didn't allow myself to sleep more than 1.5 hours. I fell asleep quickly and could have slept longer.

This morning I woke up naturally at 4:59am, and thought about getting up as there was only 1 minute until the alarm. Then I thought that I didn't want to mess up the alarm again so I left it and went back to sleep.
1 minute later the alarm went off and I was asleep and dreaming already!
