Last night I was really tired. I think travelling always makes you tired, but also because we'd just come back from Spain which is 1 hour ahead, and at the same time the clocks have gone back 1 hour, it meant that although it was 10:00pm it felt like midnight.

When I went to bed I fell asleep very quickly and slept like a log until my alarm went off at 5:00am. I then set my alarm for 6:00am and went back to sleep for another hour.

Both times the alarm went off I was dreaming, but I have no recollection of the dreams now.

After sleeping so much last night, I wasn't sure that I would be able to nap today, but once 1:00pm came around I was ready for a good sleep and fell asleep very quickly.

I think I may have woken up once during my nap but I can't be 100% sure. Two hours after I went to sleep I woke up to Yu Lee grinning at me.

This was a great nap!
