Last night I went to bed at around 10:00pm and read a book for over 2 hours. When I turned out the light I fell asleep straight away and slept through until morning.

This morning we went to Tesco and got back around 12:00, and I was already starting to feel tired. I made my self some cheese on toast and then after lunch came to bed.
I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and I slept very deeply again. I set an alarm for 3:00pm but I went back to sleep afterwards for another 15 minutes.
