Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm and it took me just over 20 minutes to fall asleep. I slept solidly through the night, and the same thing happened this morning as the previous morning - I remember turning off 1 alarm but the second one didn't seem to go off and I woke up just after 6:00am.

I wasn't sure whether I would nap or not today after so much sleep for the past few days, but in the end I fell asleep relatively quickly and had a nice, deep sleep. I was fast asleep when the alarm went off and I felt good when I woke up.
Maybe I need to catch up on the lost sleep from stressing over my house sale / purchase and being disturbed in the night by Yu Lee's bad back.

Last night I went to sleep at around 11:30pm and fell asleep quickly. I slept through the night and it wasn't particularly easy to get up, although I did manage to get up with my second alarm.
