I went to bed at about 11:30pm but I couldn't sleep and got up half an hour later.

Last night we went to view a house, and then went for Japanese food. After that I had a few beers and watched a couple of episodes of The Walking Dead.
I initially went to bed at 11:30pm but I got up after an hour because I couldn't sleep. My mind was very active, thinking about the house we saw that was great but needed a lot of work done, and thinking about getting our house on the market. I think this next month is going to be a bit stressful!
I got up for a while and went back to bed at 12:30am. I think it took me about 10 minutes to get to sleep, and at first I thought I was going to have to get up again but in the end I drifted off. I woke up to my alarm at 5:30am and drifted off for a few more minutes before getting up.

Last night it took me quite a while to fall asleep. At the moment whenever I settle down to sleep my mind is filled with thoughts of moving house which makes it a bit more difficult to fall asleep.
This morning when my alarm went off I woke up straight away but couldn't be bothered to get up, so I ended up dozing off for a few minutes.
